Shift Organizing Solutions is looking for organizing talent! Are you a fun, energetic, dependable, flexible, self-motivated, team-playing, lover of organizing with a great eye for design who is not afraid to get your hands dirty and break a sweat (say that 5 times fast!)? If so, please fill out the application below! Please note, Organizers will be working on a per-project basis and positions are limited to casual part-time hours as we grow.

ORGANIZED: You don't need to be type A, but we need someone who appreciates organization and the benefits it can bestow upon our lives!
CREATIVE: Creativity is a must! Our job is to find functional and beautiful new solutions for our clients based on their lifestyle and needs.
PERSONABLE: This is a big one! This is a new experience for most clients and being easy to talk to and ask questions is important.
FUN: Organizing can be a daunting and overwhelming task to clients. It is our job to make the process a fun and to give our clients the confidence and tools they need to maintain their spaces.
FLEXIBLE: This isn't a typical 9-5 job. This position will be project-based. Must be open to a fast-paced continuously improving environment.
Shifties will…
Work with Lead Organizer and clients to create custom organizing systems for each project based on client needs/lifestyle
Must work well in a team environment and know how to take direction
Willingness to learn SOS strategies and processes to keep projects on-brand
Monday-Friday 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Have stamina for physically demanding days
Able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, and use a small ladder or step stool
Must have reliable transportation
